Tools
All four of the vanilla tools can be crafted using Mud or Amethyst. Amethyst tools require iron handles, so iron ingots must be used in place of sticks when crafting.
In addition, a new tool called the scythe can be crafted out of any tool material. This tool cuts wide area with grass or leaves blocks. It is useful for clearing tree crowns, rapid farm harvesting, fast search for seeds from grass and more.
In Older Versions of Biomes 'O Plenty, an Ancient Staff allowed the player to enter the Promised Land. This was comprised of three separate parts, each of which were crafted from components from various biomes, the nether, and the end. The Promised Land, and the Ancient Staff is no longer in the current versions of Biomes 'O Plenty.
The following recipes no longer work in current versions of the mod:
An Enderporter is a transportation device that instantly transports the user to spawn. Read more about the dynamics of this tool here. It requires 4 Eyes of Ender, 4 Obsidian blocks, and 1 Amethyst block to craft, and takes damage for every use.
Weapons
Mud and Amethyst can be used to craft swords just like vanilla swords.
In addition, Biomes O' Plenty also introduces a Dart blower that can be loaded with normal or poisonous projectiles.
