Glowworm Silk is an item that is dropped by the block variant of itself. It can be used as a smithing material to be applied to armour, giving your trim a light blue hue, somewhere in-between Diamond and Lapis. It generates in block form in Glowing Grottos.
Usage[]
Glowworm Silk is used as a smithing material, as mentioned above. It is one of two smithing materials added by Biomes o' Plenty, the other being Rose Quartz Chunks. Outside of this, Glowworm Silk can be placed on the underside of blocks to place it's block variant.
Obtaining[]

Glowworm Silk is obtainable by mining it's block variant with Shears. The block variant can be obtained by exploring Glowing Grottos, placing down an existing Glowworm Silk item on the underside of any block, or by bone meal-ing the underside of a Glowing Moss Block. Bugs[]
- Armour pieces that have the Glowworm Silk material used on their armour trim will appear to have no armour trim at all in the inventory. The tooltip will still be present, but the inventory sprite will be identical to that of a similar armour piece without an armour trim.
