Flowers are non-solid plants that are able to be pollinated and usually have vibrant colors along with a stem and leaves. They are primarily used for decoration, and can also be crafted into dyes. Small plants can also be potted.

Flowers were added in the first versions of BOP, however many have been removed, changed or added since then.

Trivia[]

  • In the vanilla version of Minecraft, the Rose texture was the predecessor to the Poppy.
  • In earlier versions of Minecraft, a flower's hitbox was always in the center of the block it is on, no matter what position the flower is in. This was changed in later versions, but the Rose's hitbox is in the center of the block, instead of being where the flower is as a reference to old Minecraft.
  • In older versions of BOP, the Pink Daffodil was misspelled as "Pink Dafodil".
  • In very old versions of BOP, Orange Cosmos were originally called Orange Daisies, and had a different texture.
  • Since Blue Hydrangeas are blue, this likely implies that the soil of the Mystic Grove and Tropics is acidic.
  • In very old versions of BOP, Blue Hydrangeas were originally just called Hydrangea.
