The Scrubland is a somewhat flat biome with ocassional low hills. Tall grass, some oak trees and oak brushes are the main vegetation here. This biome is somewhat similar to the Chaparral biome.
Description
Rolling hills of drought-yellow grasses and low bushes typify this biome. Scrub vegetation and tall grass fill the biome.
Passive mobs spawn naturally.
Early Survival
- This biome is very easy to survive in due to its abundance of wood from trees and bushes, and the volume of tall grass present in this biome, which drop seeds. Passive mobs are common here, making this one of easiest biomes of the mod. It' sometimes compared to the Vanilla plains biome in survival questions.
History
It was removed in 1.8, but re-added in 1.13.2 and 1.14.4.

- Though included in Biomes O'Plenty as a separate biome, a Chaparral is a specific Scrubland located in California, USA.
